Compliance is about avoiding risks and utilizing legal benefits – a big deal both financially and in terms of reputation! A structured approach to compliance management can reveal previously unknown risks and benefits.
However, the relevant knowledge is often fragmented (in our experience and also according to the results of a survey), therefore compliance management is also fragmented. This can have a serious impact on business!
We will discuss the most common customs compliance knowledge gaps and how to fill them in a structured and efficient way. This webinar is your guide to customs compliance success!
Agenda
- Can we manage compliance if we don’t manage the knowledge?
A survey revealed how fragmented customs knowledge is in companies. We will discuss the most common knowledge gaps, and propose a tool to identify these gaps, and a learning option on how to fill them in a structured and efficient way.
- How do we manage customs compliance in a structured way?
Let’s say you start a new position in a company and you are in charge of customs compliance. Not sure yet, what is the best way to identify risks and manage compliance in a structured way? We suggest to take a customs declaration as a basis and start from there!
